I am an SFR subscriber
  • I can get a session by dialing  on my mobile (, free call).
  • I then select a session and receive my access codes by Text messaging. The cost of my session will be billed directly by SFR on my next bill.
  • I connect on one of SFR or its partners' hotspot in France
  • I can get a session on "on your bill SFR" which will be charged on your mobile phone bill.
  • I buy my session on line by credit card.

I am an SFR WiFi subscriber
  • I don't need to buy a session if my subscription includes WiFi. My login is my telephone number and my password is my personal code.
  • If I have forgotten my login and password I can retreive them by clicking on "SFR WiFi subscribers, recover your password" directly on the hotspot portal or by calling the SFR WiFi customer service.

I am not an SFR subscriber
  • I can buy a pre-paid session card at the reception of the hotspot or directly by credit card on the homepage of the hotspot. These sessions can be used in SFR hotspots and in the train stations with WiFi coverage only.

How do I activate my Company VPN*?

Once I have identified myself by entering my SFR WiFi user name and password, I can access my company network by activating my VPN software. This is normally accessible from the network management file (Start > Settings > Networks in Windows). Once my VPN is established, I am connected in the same way as if I was in my office.

If you have any problems activating your VPN, please contact your company's office applications department.
