Who
can access these offerings?
This offering is intended for professionals, whether existing SFR customers or
not, with a laptop (excluding Apple®) using Windows® 2000, XP or XP Pro.
WiFi is activated automatically when any GPRS "Accès Distant" package is purchased
from SFR. It can be deactivated at the manager's request if he/she does not want
to offer WiFi to certain employees.
This package can be purchased by all users, whether existing SFR customers or
not, with a laptop (excluding Apple®) using Windows® 2000, XP or XP Pro.

If the enquiry concerns the coverage zone or the connection settings, you can

If the enquiry concerns the offering and options (info, costs, etc ) or the account
(activation/termination/reinitialisation):
