 Who can access these offerings?
  • SFR's 3G/GPRS/WiFi and GPRS/WiFi "Accès Distant" packages
This offering is intended for professionals, whether existing SFR customers or not, with a laptop (excluding Apple®) using Windows® 2000, XP or XP Pro.
 
WiFi is activated automatically when any GPRS "Accès Distant" package is purchased from SFR. It can be deactivated at the manager's request if he/she does not want to offer WiFi to certain employees.
  • "Internet Mobile" package
This package can be purchased by all users, whether existing SFR customers or not, with a laptop (excluding Apple®) using Windows® 2000, XP or XP Pro.
 
 
 Who should I contact if I have any problems?
  • SFR's 3G/GPRS/WiFi and GPRS/WiFi "Accès Distant" packages
If the enquiry concerns the coverage zone or the connection settings, you can get answers from your usual hotline* on 06 1200 9434.
 
If the enquiry concerns the offering and options (info, costs, etc ) or the account (activation/termination/reinitialisation):
    • I am the fleet manager: I should contact my "SFR Entreprises" customer service department directly.
    • I am the user: I should contact my fleet manager.
    • I do not have an "SFR Entreprises" telephone line: I should contact the "Prospects Entreprises" unit on 0 800 457 457 or by e-mail : Prospects Entreprises.
  • "Internet Mobile" package
If the enquiry concerns the coverage zone or the connection settings, you can get answers from your usual hotline* on 06 1200 9434.
 
You can also contact your customer service department* on 900 from your SFR mobile phone.
