Our customer care line is open from Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and
on Saturdays, 9:00 am
to 6:00 pm. Closed on Sundays and on French public holidays.

is my SFR WiFi Cité session time counted?
The session periods can be divided up. You can use your session in several stages
during the validity period. For example, a one-month session that starts at 3.20
PM on December 7, 2007 will end at 3.20 PM on January 7, 2008. The SFR WiFi Service
session must be used before the expiry date stated.

Can
I use my SFR WiFi Cité session on different laptops ?
To guarantee the security of my account and prevent any fraudulent use of my
password, my SFR WiFi user name and password can only be used on one device: the
one used when I first connect.
