SFR Entreprises voice customers with a GRPS or 3G/GPRS/WiFi option

 Who can access these offerings?

This option is reserved for "SFR Entreprises" customers who already have a GSM or 3G voice telephone line.

WiFi is activated automatically when all the options are taken up. It can be deactivated at the manager's request if he/she does not want to offer WiFi to certain employees.

Who should I contact if I have any problems?

If the enquiry concerns the coverage zone or the connection settings, you can get answers from your usual hotline on 06 1200 9434.

Telephone hotline is opened from Monday to Friday: 8am-10pm, on Saturday: 9am-6pm. Closed on Sunday and public holidays.

This service is charged to the cost of a call to an SFR mobile phone in metropolitan France.

If the enquiry concerns the offering and options (info, costs, etc) or the account (activation/ termination/ reinitialisation):
  • I am the fleet manager: I should contact your "SFR Entreprise" customer service department directly.
  • I am the user: I should contact my fleet manager.
  • I do not have an "SFR Entreprises" telephone line: I should contact the "Prospects Entreprises" unit on 0 800 457 457 or by e-mail : Prospects Entreprises.

Where can I find my SFR WiFi login and password?

Once you have asked for a WiFi option to be activated by calling the Entreprise (Business) customer service line, you can connect to WiFi after 24 hours.

Your WiFi login is your SFR Entreprises mobile number.
Your password is your 4-digit code.

What should I do if I forget my password?

You can get a new password by calling the customer service line on 06.1200.WiFi / 06.1200.9434.
The customer service department reinitialises your 4-digit code and sends it to you using the text messaging service a few minutes later.

If you are in an SFR WiFi hotspot, you can also get a new password by going to the hotspot's homepage.

How do I connect in WiFi in an SFR hotspot?
  • I check that my laptop or personal digital assistant (PDA) is fitted with a WiFi network card or a built-in WiFi modem (compatible with IEEE 802.11b), that it is correctly configured and that I am in a covered zone by the SFR WiFi network,
  • I launch my Internet browser,
  • I obtain my login and your password by scratching my session card,
  • I enter my login and password in the authentication zone,
  • I read and validate our General Terms of Use and click on OK,
Now I can surf in complete freedom.

How do I connect in WiFi in a partner hotspot ?
  • First you need to check that your computer or PDA has a WiFi network card or a built-in WiFi modem (IEEE 802.11b-compatible),
  • You select SFR WiFi from the drop-down list of operators on the portal's homepage,
  • A personalised SFR WiFi authentication page appears.
    • If you are an SFR WiFi, simply enter your login (your SFR mobile number) and your password (your 4-digit SFR code) into the authentication zone.
    • If you are an SFR subscriber but not a WiFi subscriber, you can purchase a session by making a freephone call to  () from your SFR mobile. You enter the login and password you will be given into the authentication zone.

You can now browse freely.

Can I use my "SFR Entreprise" GPRS or 3G/GPRS/WiFi option on different laptops or PDAs?

To guarantee the security of my account and prevent any fraudulent use of my password, my SFR WiFi user name and password can only be used on one device: the one used when I first connect.

I have just changed devices: how do I obtain new user names for my "SFR Entreprises" GPRS or 3G/GPRS/WiFi option?

If I change laptops or PDAs (loss, theft, etc), my SFR WiFi login/password will not work on my new equipment and I must ask my fleet manager to call his/her SFR account manager to reinitialise my account.
