 Who can access sessions?
 
All customers can access WiFi, whether they are SFR subscribers or not:
  • SFR subscribers can purchase sessions which are valid in 15,000 hotspots provided by SFR and its partners (Cegetel, Hub Telecom, Orange, etc.) in Metropolitan France by dialling  on their SFR mobiles (i.e.  - this is a freephone call).
 
  • Other customers can access WiFi in SFR hotspots by using a credit card to purchase a session or by buying one from the establishment's information desk/reception/etc.

 Where can I use my session to connect?
  • Sessions for SFR subscribers purchased by dialling  (i.e.  - this is a freephone call) on their SFR mobiles are valid in the 15,000 hotspots provided by SFR and its partners (Cegetel, Hub Telecom, Orange, etc.) in Metropolitan France.
  • Session cards and sessions purchased by credit card are valid only in hotspots provided by SFR itself and in SNCF stations with WiFi coverage: these hotspots are marked by this icon:  in our search engine.
 
 
 
 Who should I call if I have any problems?

For any question concerning SFR WiFi Service, please contact our customer care line on 06.1200.WiFi / 06.1200.9434 if you have any problems.

  • Our customer care line is open from Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and on Saturdays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed on Sundays and on French public holidays. Cost of a call to an SFR mobile phone in metropolitan France.

For any question concerning a Credit card payment, please contact our specific hotline on 04.74.64.69.29.

  • Hotline is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on Saturdays, 8:00 am to 7.30 pm. Closed on Sundays and on French public holidays. Cost of a local call  in metropolitan France.
 

 Where can I buy an SFR WiFi session?
 
I can buy an SFR WiFi session :
  • From anywhere in France if I am an SFR subscriber by dialing WiFi on my mobile phone (9434, free call)
  • Directly on SFR hotspots, by credit card on the WiFi homepage via the "Buy on line" link or at reception.

 How can I display information about my session?
 
  • Information about your session is shown in the disconnection window which will appear when you authenticate.
  • To update this information, simply click "update" in the disconnection window.

 How to log off?
  • Enter the url "logout" in your Internet browser
  • To access data on your session while you are browsing the Internet, enter the url "status"
  • If you are connecting from a PDA, you can switch off your WiFi connection to log out.

 

 
 

 How is my SFR WiFi session time counted?
 
The time count rule depends on the session you have bought. The session periods can be divided up. You can use your session in several stages during the validity period. For example, a one-hour valid for 24 hours session (1 hour of connection over a period of 24 hours) that starts at 3.20 PM will end at 3.20 PM on the following day. The SFR WiFi Service session card must be used before the expiry date stated (on the back of the session card).

 Can I use my SFR WiFi session on different laptops or PDAs?
 
To guarantee the security of my account and prevent any fraudulent use of my password, my SFR WiFi user name and password can only be used on one device: the one used when I first connect.
