SFR subscribers

If you are an SFR subcriber, you can access more than 30,000 hotspots by dialing WIFI on your mobile (i.e. 9434)

 How to buy a session ?
  • Dial , i.e. on your mobile (free call)
  • Choose one of the sessions offered. You will receive your access codes by Texto™ and be billed on your normal SFR bill.
  • Use the access codes to connect on the hotspot home page (1)
 
 Where can the sessions be used?
  • Sessions can be used at SFR's and its partners' 30,000 hotspots in metropolitan France (Neuf Cegetel, Hub Télécom, Orange, etc)
  • For a list of hotspots, check out our search engine
 
 How to connect ?
  • Make sure that you're in a WiFi coverage area and check that your laptop or PDA is WiFi-enabled
  • Run your Internet browser and go to the hotspot home page (automatic connection with Windows XP)
  • Select the SFR operator
  • Enter your access codes on the hotspot home page

20 minutes valid 24 hours

3 euros (including VAT)

1 hour valid 24 hours

8 euros (including VAT)

3 hours valid 48 hours

15 euros (including VAT)


 Who can access the sessions?
  • The sessions are opened to all SFR subscribers: "Essentiel", "Evolution Pro", "SFR Accès" and "SFR Entreprises" packages (unless your fleet manager has blocked the service)
  • Sessions are not available to prepayment customers ("La Carte" or "Le Compte") or users with subscribers agreements with other operators.

(2) The session periods can be divided up. You can use your session in several stages during the validity period. For example, a one-hour valid for 24 hours session (1 hour of connection over a period of 24 hours) that starts at 3.20 PM will end at 3.20 PM on the following day. The SFR WiFi Service session card must be used before the expiry date stated (on the back of the session card).
